中文摘要: 三维成像在科研和工业等各种领域中的研究和应用都很广泛,但目前面向细节的高精度三维成像的方法,需要从根本上得到解决。本课题拟先研究结构光光强场中点扩散函数的卷积和反卷积模型,然后针对结构光三维成像技术中的长期以来两个影响细节精度的问题,也就是照明饱和溢出以及多路径效应,进行分析并建模,最后提出一种高精度的自适应高动态范围的结构光三维成像算法。该方法在使用市面通用设备的情况下,能够对目标细节进行更好的三维成像。本课题的完成将有助于众多需要高精度三维数据的应用领域,例如三维指纹的精确识别,产品质量缺陷的精确监测,和机器视觉驱动的精确自动控制等。

英文摘要: 3D imaging is widely used in various applications of science and industry, and the detail-oriented high-definition 3D imaging needs to be further improved. In this work, first we will study the convolution and deconvolution models of point spread function (PSF) in the structured light intensity field; second, we will analyze the errors caused by the illumination saturation and multi-path effect and develop the corresponding models; and finally, based on those models, we will present a method for high-definition 3D imaging via adaptive high-dynamic-range structured light illumination. With the presented algorithm and off-the-shelf devices, higher accuracy of 3D reconstruction can be achieved. Our work will benefit the applications requiring high-definition 3D data, e.g. accurately recognizing 3D fingerprint, accurately detecting defects of products, accurately controlling driven by machine vision, etc.
