中文摘要: 自重费米子超导体CeCoIn5(Tc=2.3K)和PuCoGa5(Tc=18.5K)被发现后,由于其重费米子行为、磁性与超导的关联及量子临界现象,115结构的层状化合物引起了广泛关注。但是,目前仅在含有Ce,Pu的这类材料中发现了超导体。我们的前期工作已经发现115结构及其衍生结构同样存在于R=Y,Sc,Zr的RnCoGa3n+2(n=1,2)化合物中,并发现了ZrCoGa5这个新超导体(Tc约0.7K)。这预示着这类结构极有可能存在着更多的超导体。因此,本项目拟对RnCoX3n+2(R为Y,Sc,Zr,Hf,Sm,Pr,Ce等元素,n=1,2,∞,X=Ga,In)系列材料进行单晶生长,探索新超导体, 并利用化学掺杂、高压和强磁场手段联合调控其基态,探索非费米液体等物理现象,并为揭示这类结构的超导电性起源提供实验依据。

英文摘要: Since the discovery of heavy Fermion superconductors CeCoIn5 (Tc=2.3K) and PuCoGa5(Tc=18.5K), 115 type layered compounds have aroused widespread concern, due to their heavy Fermion behavior, magnetism and superconductivity, and quantum critical phenomena. However, it has been discovered that superconductors in this type structure must consist of Ce or Pu. In our previous work, we have found that 115 type structure can exist for R = Y, Sc, Zr of RnCoGa3n+2(R = Y, Sc,Zr), and that ZrCoGa5 is a new superconductor. This suggests that more superconductors maybe exist in these type of stuctures. In this proposal, as the subject of RnCoX3n+2(n=1,2,∞,X=Ga,In), we plan to grow single crystals of R = Y, Sc, Zr, Hf, Sm,Pr and Ce etc., to search for new superconductors, to tune the ground state via chemical doping, high pressure, and high magnetic field methods, to search for phycsis phenomena like non-Fermi liquid, and provides experimental proofs to unveil the origin of the superconductivity in these types of compounds.
