中文摘要: 生态产业集群通过知识转移形成的开放式创新模式,可使集群获得持续的竞争优势,并实现经济与环境双重优化的目的。但生态产业集群的知识转移在转移渠道、动机等方面与传统产业集群存在一定差异,且表现出复杂网络特征。因此,本项目首先探讨生态产业集群内知识转移的网络结构特征及转移过程,分析其开放式创新构成要素及影响因素;并利用计算实验方法,构建生态产业集群内知识转移对开放式创新影响的演化计算模型,通过演算发掘集群内知识转移的规律,以及影响开放式创新的关键因素。随后,再以我国生态工业园区作为调查对象,通过问卷方式对这些关键因素进行实证检验。这些研究将丰富知识转移与创新管理的理论。本项目创新之处:采用计算实验方法可揭示传统方法不能发现的生态产业集群内知识转移的演化规律;并将生态产业集群内知识转移网络视为具有战略联盟及产业区域特征的合作型复杂网络,根据计算实验结果分析出其影响生态产业集群开放式创新的广度与深度。

英文摘要: Ecological industry clusters form the open innovation pattern through knowledge transfer that impels the cluster to gain the sustainable competition advantages. It aims the dual purpose for optimizing economic and environment. But there are some differences about transfer channels, motivation et al. of knowledge transfer between in traditional clusters and ecological industry clusters which represent complex networks. Firstly, with regards to that, the network structure and process of knowledge transfer in ecological industry cluster will be elaborated. Then the elements and impacting factors of open innovation in ecological industry clusters will be analyzed. And we will construct the evolution model of knowledge transfer impacting the open innovation in ecological industry cluster with Computational Experiment method. Through the computational results, we will find the disciplines of knowledge transfer evolution in ecological industry cluster, and the key factors to impact the open innovation in it. After that by surveying the eco-industrial parks in China, we will carry on the empirical analysis with the questionnaire data for verifying the factors.
