中文摘要: 对高压下材料内部杂质、缺陷等微细结构在不同压力下的演变过程开展研究,以及获取高压下材料内部含不同元素组分的空间分布及电子结构信息,是高压科学领域科研人员的重要需求。基于X射线成像可以获取样品内部结构信息和含不同元素组分的空间分布信息的特点,本项目拟将X射线成像技术和高压技术相结合,探索利用多毛细管聚焦镜实现高压装置中获取高信噪比成像信号的实验技术,开展对高压三维成像有限角度投影数据的精确重建算法研究和高压X射线谱学成像实验技术研究,最终建立高压X射线成像实验方法,为在高压条件下研究晶态或非晶态材料内部微细结构的演变过程及含不同元素组分的具有空间分布特性的电子局域结构信息提供新的表征手段,在X射线成像实验方法研究方面做出创新的研究工作。

英文摘要: Experimental method for study the evolutionary behavior of defects or micro-structures inside material under different high pressure, and the way to get 3D distribution of different parts including different chemical elements under high pressure, have become the urgent need in the scientific field of high pressure. Because x-ray imaging technique can give the 3D distribution of micro-structure and different chemical parts inside materials, we are trying to combine the x-ray imaging technique with high pressure technique to develop an experimental method for x-ray imaging under the condition of high pressure. This project will first study the technique of using multi-capillary lens to improve signal to noise ratio of image collected under high pressure. For three dimensional high pressure imaging, we can only get the projections within limited angle due to the mechanical structure of diamond anvil cell (DAC). The algorithm to acquire precise reconstructed results with the limited projections, and the experimental technique of high pressure spectroscopic imaging, will also be studied in this project. The experimental method for high pressure x-ray imaging, which will provide a new tool for the field of high pressure, will be finally developed based on these experimental techniques.
