中文摘要: 为保障我国高铁运输的安全性、可靠性和高效性,为建立符合我国高铁国情的电磁兼容标准规范体系提供坚实的技术基础和理论依据,本课题在研究高速动车组与运行速度和运行工况相关的电磁骚扰源特性和电磁骚扰耦合特性的基础上,研究提出高速动车组与速度相关的电磁干扰量化分级算法,结合高铁的实际电磁环境,建立高速动车组相应的电磁干扰限值和抗电磁干扰性能要求准则;研究高速动车组基于统计参量的电磁干扰预测评估方法,建立高速动车组模块化电磁干扰仿真预测模型,指导新型高速动车组基于电磁兼容性的最优化设计,突破高速动车组自主创新研制的关键技术,提高我国高速动车组的研制水平;最后,研究高速动车组接地技术中的共性问题——车体接地电阻装置的高频特性,提出改进方案,从共性上解决各型动车组目前所存在的由于地回路所带来的各种电磁干扰耦合问题,提高动车组及车载设备的抗干扰能力,从根本上解决已投入运营的现有各型动车组的电磁干扰问题。

英文摘要: In order to guarantee the saftey, reliability and high efficiency of China high speed railway transportation, and to establish the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) specification system suitable for the China high speed railway situations, the study of this project will focuse on the characteristics of the electromagnetic disturbance and its coupling depended on the speed and operation mode of the high speed mutiple units (EMU). A new quantified and grading electromagnetic inference algorithm for EMU will be put forward. Considering the real electromagnetic environment of China high speed rail, the electromagnetic interference limits and the anti-interference requirements for EMU will be setup. Furthermore, a new electromagnetic compatibility of EMU prognosis and evaluation meathod based on the statistics theory will be studied and a modulized simulation model of EMU will be built. This will be very useful to guide the optimizing design of new model EMU, and to breakout the key technology of the new EMU’s development and manufacturing, to improve our contry’s innovated development level in this area. At last, the high frequency characteristics of the earthing resistance device will be studied to solve the common problem of the existing model EMU’s earthing and to improve the EMU’s EMC performance.
