中文摘要: 稠环结构是很多药物中间体、天然产物及有机光电材料中一类重要的基本结构单元。稠环化合物的合成和应用是有机合成和材料化学家们非常感兴趣的领域。本项目以苯并双(氧二硅茂)、氧二硅基萘作为新芳炔前体,在室温条件下现场形成氧二硅基苯炔或萘炔,系统地研究氧二硅基苯炔或萘炔的反应化学,从而发展快速、简便地构筑新颖的结构多样性的稠环化合物的合成方法。研究其光电性能和热稳定性,探索这类稠环化合物在有机光电材料等领域的应用。

英文摘要: Fused polycyclic structure are important basic structure unit of many drug intermediates, natural products and organic optoelectronic materials. The synthesis and applications of fused polycyclic compounds are very interested of organic synthesis and materials chemists. In this project, studies on the chemistry of oxadisilole fused benzyne or naphthyne generated from benzobisoxadisilole or 2,3-naphthoxadisilole as new arynes precursor under room temperature. The fast and simple synthesis method of novel structure and diversity fused polycyclic compounds were developmented. The optoelectronic properties and thermal stability of these compounds were characterized. The application of these fused polycyclic compounds in organic optoelectronic material were explored.
