中文摘要: 材料疲劳是粉末冶金科学研究和应用研究中的一个重要研究领域。本项目因应高密度(7.2-7.8 g/cm3)铁基粉末冶金零件制造技术不断进步和扩大应用的发展趋势,紧跟粉末冶金学科发展前沿,针对目前国内外对铁基粉末冶金材料关于疲劳问题研究的不足,瞄准高密度的零件成形,采用实验和理论分析相结合的方法,围绕铁基粉末冶金材料的疲劳和失效行为展开系统深入的研究,揭示材料的疲劳特征、疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展,分析材料的不同密度、孔隙和显微组织对疲劳和失效行为的影响规律;制定出提高疲劳性能的优化准则,提出针对高密度铁基粉末冶金烧结材料的疲劳设计原则,为拓展铁基粉末冶金材料的应用提供可靠的理论依据和技术保障,并促进粉末冶金学科的发展,具有重要的学术意义和应用指导价值。

英文摘要: Material fatigue is one of the important fields in powder metallurgy applied research and scientific research.. In response to the progress and the expanding use of iron-based powder metallurgy parts, this project follows the frontier development and aimed at the shortness in iron-based powder metallurgy parts fatigue research in China, by means of theoretical and experimental techniques to study the fatigue and failure of iron-based powder metallurgy parts in depth systematically. The project is designed to reveal the fatigue characteristics; origin and propagation of fatigue cracks, and study the effects of density, pores and microstructure on the fatigue and failure behaviors; to lay down the optimization criterion to enhance the fatigue property of the material; to propose a design principle aimed at the high density iron-base powder metallurgy sintering materials. The project will provide a reliable theoretical basis and technical support in expanding the application of the iron-based powder metallurgy material, and promote the development of the subject of powder metallurgy. It has important academic significance and high guidance value.
