中文摘要: 本项目拟采用辐射技术一步合成负载磁性金属纳米粒子的碳纳米管-石墨烯三维杂化材料,并将其与聚合物复合制备高性能的电磁屏蔽纳米复合材料。申请者将系统地研究实验条件,包括剂量、溶剂、表面活性剂、敏化剂种类等对氧化石墨烯及磁性金属离子的辐射还原、碳纳米管-石墨烯杂化材料三维网络结构的形成、磁性金属纳米粒子尺寸、分布情况以及三维杂化材料在聚合物基体中分散情况的影响。通过FT-IR、XPS、XRD、TEM、SEM等分析研究三维杂化材料的形成机理、结构性能,及其与聚合物基体间的相互作用机制,进而研究提高复合材料电磁屏蔽性能的策略。预期制备出具有高性能的电磁屏蔽纳米复合材料,建立一种低能耗、绿色环保的制备高性能电磁屏蔽复合材料的新方法。

英文摘要: We will prepare magnetic metal nanoparticles-CNTs-graphene hybrids by radiation technique, subsequently put the hybrids into polymer matrix to fabricate nanocomposites with high electromagnetic shielding performance. The effect of doses, solvents, surfactants, sensitizers and other experimental parameters on the reduction of graphene oxide and magnetic metal ions,the structure of CNTs-graphene hybrides, the size and dispersion of magnetic metal nanoparticles and the dispersion of fillers in polymer matrix will be systematically investigated. The mechanisms of radiation-induced reduction of graphene oxide, the formation of the structure of CNTs-graphene, nucleation and growth of magnetic metal nanopaticles and the interaction of fillers and polymer matrix will be characterized by fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other methods for improving the electromagnetic shielding performance of polymer nanocomposites. This project holds promises of preparing magnetic metal nanoparticles-CNTs-graphene/polymer nanocomposite with high electromagnetic shielding performance, and establishs a low-energy and green approach to synthesize polymer nanocomposites.
