中文摘要: 本项目旨在剖析全球环境中企业如何构建动态管理能力(Dynamic Managerial Capability),以提高自身应对突发事件的能力,从而形成动态复杂环境中的持续竞争优势。针对目前我国企业所面临的实际问题和现有理论研究的不足,本研究将综合应用相关理论,结合案例和实证分析,对以下主题展开研究:1)动态管理能力的纬度、类型及状态转移机制;2)高管团队静态特征对动态管理能力的影响;3)高管团队动态特征对动态管理能力的影响;4)高管团队静态特征与动态特征的匹配关系对动态管理能力的影响机理;5)中国独特的文化、制度、市场环境特征对动态管理能力的影响;6)案例分析及政策建议。本项研究不仅丰富了动态能力理论及高管团队理论的研究,而且针对全球竞争环境下中国企业持续发展能力的培养和提高提出可操作性的政策建议。因此,本研究具有重要的理论与现实意义。

英文摘要: This study aims to analyze firms how to build the Dynamic Managerial Capability (DMC) in globe environment to address the improvement of capability to respond to emergencies, thus forming a sustainable competitive advantage in the dynamic and complex environment. In light of practical problems faced by the firms in China and the existing lack of theoretical research, this study will be integrated relevant theory, case studies and empirical analysis to study the following topics: 1) Dimensions, types, and the state transfer mechanisms of DMC; 2) The effects of static characteristics of Top Management Team (TMT) on DMC; 3) The effects of dynamic characteristics of TMT on DMC; 4) The impact mechanism of the match between static characteristics and dynamic characteristics on the DMC; 5) The effects of the unique characteristics of China's cultural, institutional and market environment on DMC; 6) Case studies and policy recommendations. The study will not only enrich the theoretical researches of Dynamic Managerial Capability and Top Management Team, but also propose the available suggests for building and improvement of the ability of sustainable development for Chinese firms in the global competitive environment. Therefore, this study has important theoretical and practical significance.
