中文摘要: 依靠能源与资源的优势,能源密集型资源产业已经成为西部地区高速增长的具有地方特色的支柱产业,但是这些产业低能效和高排放的粗放式高碳发展方式并未得到有效改变。在新的技术经济条件下,知识驱动着产业链的演化,产业链上组织之间低碳知识的共享与创造推动产业链的低碳化发展以应对全球不断强化的低碳经济约束。本课题从产业链知识驱动的视角,分析在新的技术经济条件下,知识驱动产业链的低碳化价值创造和产业链低碳化发展的作用机理。并在此基础上,选择高耗能的贵州铝及铝加工产业链为研究案例,根据西部地区能源密集型资源产业能源效率、 减排效率、产业链演化及其 排放特征、以及企业绿色低碳化竞争力的特点,揭示西部能源密集型资源产业链的低碳化发展模式和实现路径。本课题有助于我国西部地区能源密集型资源产业链建立起依靠知识创新的高能效、低排放和高附加值的低碳化绿色发展模式,有效地提高产业的绿色竞争力。

英文摘要: Relying on energy and resources, energy intensive industry has become the pillar industry of rapid growth with local characteristics in the western region, but the extensive high-carbon development mode of these industries which is low efficiency and high emission has not been effectively changed. In the new technological and economic conditions, knowledge drives the evolution of the industrial chain, low carbon knowledge sharing and creation between organizations on industrial chain promote the low-carbon development of industry chain to the constraint of low-carbon economy which is intensified unceasingly. From the view of knowledge driving of industrial chain, this research analyzes the mechanism of creation of low carbonization value and development of low carbonization which knowledge drives. Based on these, according to energy efficiency, emission reduction efficiency, evolution of the industry chain and its emission characteristics, and the characteristics of enterprise green low-carbon competitiveness, this reasearch selects the high energy aluminium and aluminium processing industry chain of Guizhou as a case study, and reveal the low-carbon development mode and path of Western energy-intensive industrial chain. This research contributes to the energy intensive industrial chain of western region of China set up the low-carbon green development model of high energy efficiency、low emission and high added value which relies on knowledge innovation, and effectively improving the green competitiveness of industries .
