IEEE 的全称是 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(国际电气与电子工程师协会),是一个国际性电子技术与信息科学工程师的协会,如今在全球 160 多个国家和地区中拥有近 42 万会员。IEEE 建会于 1963 年 1 月 1
