中文摘要: 基于终端协作的多播传输技术在提高系统容量的同时也给终端能耗带来了严峻的考验,传统的多播协作方法会导致终端能耗的大幅增加,这对依靠电池供电的移动终端来说是不可接受的。因此,如何降低终端能耗是现有多播协作通信中亟需解决的一个重要问题。针对该问题,本项目将构建多播协作的能量效率分析模型,综合能耗与容量两类性能指标,寻找多播协作传输的能量效率增益的理论界值,为降低能耗的方法设计提供理论指导;在此基础上,针对多播传输特性,从无线资源管理的角度设计逼近能量效率增益上限的方法,包括基于用户分布预测模型的自适应协作集选择以及以能耗效率为优化目标的多维联合资源分配等,在提高多播传输的资源利用率及可靠性的同时,降低终端能耗。本项目的研究成果将为面向多播协作传输的终端低功耗设计提供基础理论和关键技术,满足未来移动通信终端对节约能量的核心需求。

英文摘要: Although cooperative multicast schemes can improve system throughput, the energy consumption of cooperative terminals are increased seriously. Therefore, how to decrease the terminals' energy consumption is an important problem in cooperative multicast schemes design. In order to solve the problem, this project will carry out the following work: 1) set up the energy efficiency analysis model of cooperative multicast based on energy consumption and system throughput; 2) find the theoretical upper bound of energy efficiency gain; 3) design low-power resource allocation algorithms for cooperative multicast to approach the theoretical upper bound, including adaptive cooperative set selection methods, power allocation algorithms and so on. The theory results and novel resource allocation algorithms of the project will contribute to the cooperative terminals' energy efficiency design and accord with the development trend of green radio.
