中文摘要: 本项目以新型热管理用金刚石/铜复合材料为研究对象,采用盐浴镀覆或掺杂微溶元素的方法,构建能同时改善两相相容性和降低界面热阻的过渡层界面,揭示其制备与性能调控的相关机理及界面传热等基础性规律。实现界面相容性、调控界面结构及成分、揭示界面导热机理是项目需要解决的主要关键问题。通过金刚石表面金属化和掺杂微溶元素,调节金刚石/铜复合材料界面组成、结构等界面特性,重点研究界面特性对界面热阻、材料导热性能影响的基本规律,建立成分和工艺-界面结构-材料导热性能之间的关联,并根据数值分析结果对实际工艺参数进行调整和优化,实现"结构-功能"协同优化的高性能金刚石/铜复合材料制备。该项目在界面调控基础理论、界面调控应用、界面导热及其机理研究方面具有创新性,其实施可为金刚石/铜复合材料的设计、制备(特别是近净成形+无压熔渗法等新方法)和应用提供重要理论依据和关键技术支持。

英文摘要: In this project, the diamond/copper composites for thermal-management materials is selected and researched. In order to improving wetting properties and interfacial thermal resistance among interfaces, the transition layer is constructed by salt-bath plating and doping element, respectively. The control mechanism of fabrication technology and properties is also illuminated. How to improve interfacial compatibility, how to control the microstructure and composition of interfacial layer, and how to illuminate the conductivity mechanism of thermal flow in diamond/copper composites become the key scientific issues. The effect of specific characteristics of interfical layers on its thermal resistence, the relationship among composition, technics, mcrostructure and thermal porperties of diamond/copper composites are the main research contents. In addition, the fabricating rutes and methods will be adjusted and improved according to the related experimental and theoretical simulative results, thus the high-performance diamond/copper composites can be obtained. The implement of this project can offer important theoretical and key technical support for design, fabrication(specially as near-net-shape and pressureless infiltration technics) and application of daimond/copper composites.
