中文摘要: 高速光通信是目前光通信领域中最为热门的研究方向之一,申请人在研究ASK、DMPSK、FSK、PolSK等多种调制格式的实现机理,QAM、FSK/ASK、DMPSK/ASK等正交调制实现方法和正交调制中不同调制方式之间相互作用的基础上,拟进行适合于高频谱利用率、高速信号传输的新型超正交光调制格式、调制解调方法与理论分析模型、单信道双载波400Gb/s高频谱利用率(大于3.5b/Hz)的超正交光调制复用系统实现方案研究,建立实验演示系统,探索基于超正交调制信号传输所遇到的新问题。该项目的研究成果将为进一步提高光纤通信系统的频带利用率、色散和非线性容忍度提供新方法,为实现高速、大容量、高效传输的光通信打下基础。

英文摘要: Nowadays,high speed optical communication is one of the most popular research hotspot in optical communication field.Many modulation formats and realization methods such as amplitude shift keying (ASK), differential multi-level phase shift keying (DMPSK), frequency-shift keying (FSK), polarization shift-keying (PolSK), FSK/ASK, DMPSK/ASK have been intensively studied. Mutual influence between different modulation methods in orthogonal has been researched. On this basis, a novel super-orthogonal modulation format will be constructed for high-speed and high spectrum efficiency optical transmission system.The modulation/demodulation methods scheme and theoretical analysis model will be proposed. A single channel & dual carriers 400Gb/s and high spectrum efficiency(more than 3.5b/Hz) optical communication system scheme based on super-orthogonal modulation format will be presented and experimentally verified.Meanwhile,new questions during super-orthogonal modulation signal transmission will be explored. The research results will further provide novel method for improving the spectrum efficiency, disperation and nonlinear tolerance in optical communication. All research findings will lay the foundation for optical communication realization with high speed, large capacity and high efficiency transmission.
