中文摘要: 不确定性是智能电网研究的核心问题之一。特别是在高渗透率可再生能源并网背景下,电力系统不确定性已呈现显著的多重性和复合性特征,对系统优化调度运行的稳定性具有较强影响,已成为威胁电网安全经济运行的重要因素之一。现有研究主要集中在不确定优化调度与随机化稳定性评估等局部方面,缺乏对集中考虑不确定性和预防性稳定约束的优化调度方法的整体思考和系统性研究。本项目旨在提出计及多重-复合不确定性的电力系统稳定约束优化调度概念,建立完整的“建模-归约-优化”算法框架,揭示基于轨迹灵敏度和轨迹簇归约化的不确定性建模与降维机理,提出稳定约束最优潮流的多层次异构并行优化方法,阐明利用高性能计算技术提高计算效率与可拓展性的技术途径,并针对省级规模实际电网系统进行分析和验证。此项研究为电力系统安全和经济运行提供了关键理论和方法,能够促进可再生能源的安全并网消纳,具有重要的理论价值和广阔的实用前景。

英文摘要: Uncertainty is one of the key research topics in smart grid. Especially in the context of renewable energy integration with high penetration, uncertainty in power system has been identified to be both multiple and compound. It has shown significant impact on the stability performance of power system optimal operation, it is regarded as one of the most severe factors affecting system security and economics. Current research is focused on local aspects like uncertain operations and stochastic stability assessment, unified thinking and systematic research is missing to consider uncertainty and preventive stability constraint for optimal operation. This project is to propose a stability constrained optimal operation concept with multiple-compound uncertainties. A complete “modeling, reduction and optimization” algorithmic scheme is established. Uncertainty modeling based on trajectory sensitivity and model reduction based on trajectory cluster reduction are introduced. Multi-level heterogeneous parallel optimization method is proposed for stability constrained optimal power flow, while the technical path of increasing computing efficiency and scalability is revealed. Analysis and validation is performed using practical provincial power systems. This project provides key theory and methods for the security and economics of power systems. It is expected to promote secure integration of renewable energy, which is of significant theoretical value and promising application potential.
