中文摘要: 快速增长的煤炭消费导致燃煤烟气汞排放量的持续增加。控制燃煤烟气汞污染的关键是如何促进烟气中单质汞的氧化。本项目期望对烟气脱硝催化剂进行稀土改性,在不影响脱硝效果的条件下,氧化烟气中的单质汞。研究稀土对脱硝催化剂改性、改性催化剂化学组成、烟气成分等因素对单质汞氧化和去除的影响;研究单质汞在催化剂表面及微孔中的物理化学过程;在深入研究单质汞氧化的化学热力学和化学动力学的基础上,对稀土改性脱硝催化剂的烟气脱汞及脱硝过程进行数值模拟研究;研究稀土改性脱硝催化剂条件下脱汞和脱硝的相互影响,阐明稀土改性脱硝催化剂催化氧化单质汞的机制,建立燃煤烟气同时脱汞脱硝的新理论新方法。通过本项目的研究,将使在烟气脱硝系统中高效脱除烟气中的汞成为可能,为燃煤烟气汞污染控制技术提供新理论、新方法和新途径,为经济、高效地控制大气汞污染提供重要的理论指导和实践基础。

英文摘要: The rapid growth of the coal consumption leads to continuous increase of mercury emissions from coal-fired flue gas. The key to control mercury pollution from coal-fired flue gas is to promote the oxidation of elemental mercury in flue gas. This project expected to modify the flue gas denitration catalysts with rare earth, and oxidize the elemental mercury in the flue gas without affecting the denitration efficiency. In this project, the effects of the impact factors, such as the modification of the denitration catalysts with rare earth, chemical composition of the modified catalysts and the flue gas components, on the oxidation and removal of elemental mercury will be studied. The physical and chemical process of the elemental mercury on the surface and in the micro porous of the catalysts will also be researched; moreover, on the basis of the research on the chemical thermodynamics and chemical dynamics of elemental mercury oxidation, mercury removal and denitration process with rare earth modified denitration catalysts will be simulated; furthermore, the interaction of mercury removal and denitration by using the rare earth modified denitration catalysts will be studied and the mechanism of catalytic oxidation of elemental mercury with the rare earth modified denitration catalysts will be clarified, at the sa
