中文摘要: 组织、流程与资源的有效协同是重大工程实现可持续发展战略目标的关键路径,而重大工程建设战略资源因为其稀缺性、重要性和目标多元性,使得战略资源与组织、流程的协同模式和协同路径更显复杂性。本项目拟在我国重大工程建设管理实践的基础上,以复杂自适应系统理论为基础,分析重大工程从物理复杂性、系统复杂性到管理复杂性转化与关联路径,探索组织、流程与战略资源体系的形成与演化机理,运用情景计算机模拟技术构建组织、流程与战略资源自适应可计算模型,研究其模拟再现技术和实现算法,并在基础上进一步研究组织、流程与战略资源集成模型及集成技术;最后对重大工程包括决策、冲突协调和激励的协同策略进行深入研究,为重大工程管理实践提供理论基础。本研究是综合集成理论和工程管理理论的创新,也是管理信息技术前沿领域的运用创新,对于丰富管理科学与工程理论,推进情景计算机模拟技术的应用,促进管理科学与行为科学交叉融合具有重要意义。

英文摘要: Coordination of organization, procedure and resources is the critical path to achieve the strategic objectives of sustainable development for large-scale construction. Because of the scarcity, importance and target diversity, the coordination mode and coordination path of strategic resources, organization and procedure are more complex. According to the management practice of lage-scale construction projects in our country, this research analyzes the transformation and associated path from physical complexity, system complexity to management complexity based on the complex adaptive system theory. It explores the formation and evolution mechanism of the organization, procedure and strategic resources system. And it also builds an adaptive computable model of organization, procedure and strategic resources by the computer-based scenario simulation technique, as well as the simulation reproduces and the algorithm of this model. Then, it researches on the integrated model and the integrated technology of organization, procedure and strategic resources based on this analysis.
