中文摘要: 微波光子滤波器(MPFs)是微波光子信号处理技术的重要研究内容。为满足光载无线通信、军事雷达等多个领域对高性能MPFs的迫切需求,克服传统实现技术在可编程、可重构等方面的局限性,提出通过对系统光源部分的特性控制实现对所承载微波信号的灵活处理。 本项目拟从理论、实验及应用三个方面对基于光源设计的微波光子滤波器进行深入系统研究,明确光源关键参数对MPFs滤波特性的影响规律,在理论指导下通过光源设计实现对微波信号高灵活度的控制与处理,得到可编程、可重构、单通道宽带可调谐等一系列高性能微波光子滤波器,并开展基于MPFs技术的高灵敏度光纤传感应用研究。希望通过以上研究,克服现有微波光子滤波器实现技术的局限性,充分挖掘其优势和潜力,拓展其应用深度和广度。因此,本项目工作的开展具有重要的科学意义与应用价值。

英文摘要: Microwave photonic filter (MPFs) are important contents in study of microwave photonic processing. To meet the exigent requirements of radio over fiber and military radar systems, and overcome the limitations in programmablity and reconfiguration of conventional processors, we propose techniques to flexibly process microwave signals by optical source engineering. In this proposal, we plan to carry out theoretical investigation, experimental study, and application implementation of MPFs based on optical source engineering. The influence of various optical source parameters on the transfer function of the MPF will be deduced and fully understood. Flexible control and processing of microwave signals will be realized by optical source engineering; programmable and reconfigurable MPFs with high performance will be obtained. High resolution fiber sensors will also be developed using microwave photonic filtering technique.We expect that a comprehensive and intensive understanding of MPFs based on optical source engineering can be achieved, and the limitaion in programmablity and reconfiguration of conventional processors can be overcomed. Moreover, we hope advantages and potentials of this kind of MPFs can be further excavated through these work.Therefore, it is of great importance to carry out the research proposed in this proposal.
