中文摘要: 本项目以探索实现蓝光激发白光LED的硅酸盐红/绿荧光粉为研究目标,以解决蓝光激发白光LED的硅酸盐红/绿荧光粉所涉及的基础问题为研究内容。通过对硅酸盐基质材料晶体结构调控,调整其激发和发射波长位置,实现蓝光激发硅酸盐红色、绿色荧光粉的组份最优设计;探明基质材料晶体场环境、电子环境和晶格环境对激活离子作用机理,提高荧光粉的发光效率、热稳定性和发光强度等发光性能;系统研究原料的纯度、粒度、形貌、混料工艺、焙烧气氛、助溶剂的种类、焙烧温度等对硅酸盐荧光粉颗粒和形貌的影响规律,实现荧光粉形貌和粒径分布的调控;进而研究荧光粉的光学性能、稳定性能和光衰等与其形貌和粒径分布关系,获得颗粒形貌好、分布均匀、粒径可控、热稳定性能和化学稳定性好、发光效率高的蓝光激发硅酸盐红/绿荧光粉;将获得的荧光材料进行封装,实现白光LED光效大于90lm/W和显色指数大于85。

英文摘要: This project aims to explore, fabricate and investigate the red and green sillicates phosphors for blue light excitable white LED. The research will focus on solving the fundamantal problems related to the red and green sillicates phosphors for blue light excitable white LED. By adjusting the crystal structure of silicates host materials and tuning the exciatation and emission wavelength, the optimal compotent design of the blue light excitable red and green sillicates phosphors could be obtained. In order to improve the luminescent properties of the phosphors, such as luminescence effiency, thermal stability, and luminescence intensity, the meachnism of the crystal field, electron configuration and crystal sites of host matric materials on the role of activated ions will be studied. In addition, the effects of different influencing factors such as the purity, paricle size and moporlogy of raw materials, mixing process, calcination atmosphere and temperature and solvent to the particle and morporlogy of silicates phosphors will be systematic investigated to control the phosphors' particle size and morporlogy,then achieve the regulation of morphology and particle size of the phosphor.
