中文摘要: 太阳电池组件质保寿命达25年,但最近出现的失效案例却无法用现有理论解释,特别是2011年,权威期刊上关于失效现象的解释出现了针锋相对的争论,一些光伏电站也发现了新的失效事故。目前还没有形成关于光伏组件的加速寿命试验理论,仅有的定型试验,在短时间内无法发现这些失效事故,更不能确定光伏组件能否达到预期寿命,因此迫切需要对新的失效现象进行科学解释并建立寿命预测理论。本项目通过微观分析及应力正交试验,探索光伏组件的失效物理学,揭示新的失效现象蕴藏的科学问题,减小功率年衰减率,发展加速寿命试验理论,为进一步进行可靠性增长研究、判断太阳电池所用材料及工艺是否合格、进行寿命预测提供理论依据,从器件物理、结构和工艺实现等方面提高太阳电池组件的性能,为达到40年甚至更长的寿命奠定理论基础。本项目可望获得具有原始创新的失效机理和光伏组件寿命预测理论,这方面的研究也是国家自然科学基金今年优先支持的方向。

英文摘要: Solar module is a key components for photovoltaic power plant,its warranty lifetime is as long as 25 years. But many failures of solar module are not explained from theory, particularly in 2011, there are some aboil debates about module failure mechanism in authoritative journal(Solar energy materilas and solar cells). There are some strange failure phenomena in large photovoltaic power plant. Unfortunately, there is not a scientific lifetime forecast theory for solar module.When new materails are used or process is changed, the lifetime of solar module can be not decided by the existing design qualification and type approval(IEC 61215 and IEC 61646)mechanism. So we must explain new module failure mechanism and build lifetime forecast theory for photovolatic future.By Microscopic analysis and orthogonal experiments, we will study physics of module failure, analysize new fail mechanism, develop lifetime forecast theory, and lay a foundation for the increasement of relaibility, change of raw materilas and process and lifetime forecast. We will improve module performance from physics of device, structure and process, so as to develop 40 years solar module.
