中文摘要: 本项目拟利用含氟铁电聚合物薄膜在室温范围内的非线性电容-温度特性进行热电能量采集的研究。使静电能量采集法与Ericsson热动力学循环相结合,建立起基于温度波动的Ericsson热电能量采集模型,并实现室温区间的静电式热电能量采集。在考虑到含氟铁电聚合物具有介电-温度调谐性的情况下,采用Ericsson能量采集模型进行仿真模拟以提高模拟准确度。通过对其极化微观机制及宏观介电性质的研究,找出最佳工作温度区间,使其采能效率最大化。同时对材料的制备工艺和介电性能进行深入研究,通过改变组分比及制备工艺,以提高材料介电性质和降低材料极化转变温度,从而提高其热电能量采集能力。

英文摘要: This project focusing on the thermal-electrical energy harvesting using non linear capacitance variation of PVDF-based ferroelectric polymers in room temperature. Based on the Electrostatic enerngy harvesting technology and Ericsson thermodynamic cycle, the Ericsson thermal-electrical energy harvesting model can be built for energy harvesting simulation, and fanally the energy can be harvested in the room temeprature.In order to avoid the overestamited the harvested energy, the simulation is carried out by considering the dielectric constant tunability of temperature. By analysing the polarization mechanism and the dielectric property of the polymers, the optimum working temperature range would be found, and subsquently, the ratio of energy harvesting can be improved greatly. on the other hand, the synthesis technology and the dielectric property are also investigated,by changing the composition of the defect and their synthesis technology,the dielectric property isincreased and the polarization transition temperature is decreased,therefore, the ability of energy harvesting is improved greatly.
