中文摘要: 本项目有机结合虚拟现实、概率统计、信息论和机器学习技术,利用认知响应数据和生理心理反应数据,对认知负荷与情绪干扰同时共同激励条件下各种响应数据和反应数据复杂交互性的定量化分析这一认知科学与技术的关键性问题进行深入研究。主要包括:研究基于虚拟现实的Stroop任务设计与定量复杂度分析,研究眼动数据针对于认知负荷及情绪干扰的特征数据提取,基于眼动特征数据研究认知负荷与情绪干扰的交互性分析。本项目适应当前相关学术领域的研究趋势,立足解决学术前沿的基础性问题,对相关科学研究具有积极贡献。同时,本项目符合国家经济高速发展以及我国医疗、教育以及人机交互、游戏娱乐等重要事业与产业发展对于应用基础性科研工作的迫切需求,研究成果具备潜在应用价值。

英文摘要: We propose the research on the interactions between cognitive load and emotional distraction in a virtual reality based environment in this project. Based on employing the tools from probability and statistics, information theory and machine learning, this research quantitatively investigates the interactions by thoroughly analyzing neurocognitive and psychophysiological response data while experiencing in a high-fidelity virtual reality simulator, presenting both Stroop task and emotional rendering simultaneously. The research activities involved are: a quantitative complexity measure of Stroop task and the relevant task design in virtual reality, the quantitative assessment of the interactions especially by making use of the important eye tracking data obtained in the riding of virtual reality platform. The achievements by this project can not only help understand the complex interactions between cognitive load/conflict and emotional distractor, but also make potential contributions to national economy, health and education.
