中文摘要: 在弹体高速侵彻硬目标过程中,炸药装药和壳体之间存在强摩擦,摩擦导致装药点火已成为侵彻弹早炸的最主要原因之一。本项目以炸药受到摩擦作用时炸药的力学响应与点火反应为研究对象,通过对冲击作用下炸药摩擦表面的损伤和化学反应进行宏细观观测和表征,获取炸药摩擦表面的损伤模式以及化学反应特征,研究摩擦力大小、作用时间等参数与炸药化学反应程度之间的关系。通过与炸药受力及点火反应过程均相关的物理量,建立能够合理描述冲击作用下炸药摩擦响应与点火反应相耦合的理论模型。拟采用节点约束-分离方法描述炸药的摩擦损伤,解决力-热-点火反应耦合计算难题。用所构建的耦合模型对冲击作用下炸药的摩擦过程进行数值模拟,研究炸药损伤演化、"热点"形成和点火反应,以及摩擦-热-点火反应之间的内在关联,探索摩擦响应与点火反应之间的耦合机理。本项目将为研究炸药的摩擦点火提供一种新的研究方法,为高速侵彻弹装药设计及安全性评估提供理论指导。

英文摘要: During the process of high-speed penetration to hard targets, the strong friction between explosive and shell of the warhead will occur, and the friction ignition has become one of the main early burst of penetrating projectile. The mechanics response and ignition reaction of the explosive will be investigated in this project. The damage modes and the characteristics of chemical reactions of the explosive friction surface can be obtained by the macroscopic and mesoscopic observations and the relationships between the friction loading and chemical reaction of the explosive friction surface will be investigated. The theoretical model which can describe the correlating mechanism of friction responses and ignition reactions will be setup by the special physical quantity related with the friction and the ignition of the explosive. The node constraints- the separation method will be planed to describe the friction damage of the explosives in the simulation, which can be solve the coupled computational problems of the power - heat - ignition. The coupling model of friction response and ignition reaction will be utilized to simulate the friction process of explosive.
