中文摘要: 优化、完善已有的光纤荧光法用于本项目;筛选出对吸附于活体作物叶表层典型多环芳烃 (PAHs) 的固体表面荧光有增敏效果的表面活性剂,目的以建立活体原位测定新方法;将相应方法用于模拟生态条件下,气相不同存在形式的 (单组分、多组分) 典型PAHs在小麦、大豆、玉米等作物活体幼苗叶表层吸附与消减动力学过程的原位研究,目的以获取气相PAHs在活体作物叶表层的分配水平、竞争吸附机制,以及发生消减的主要原因;在此基础上,原位研究阴离子表面活性剂-十二烷基苯磺酸钠 (SDBS)、阳离子表面活性剂-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTMAB) 和非离子表面活性剂-辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚 (Triton X-100) 对上述两种环境过程的影响及作用机制。为系统认识现实环境中气相典型PAHs对作物的污染过程、机制提供新的技术支撑和研究思路;为提升相关学科的交叉渗透及相关学科的研究水平具有重要推动作用。

英文摘要: To optimize the established fiber-optic fluorimetry for in situ determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) adsorbed onto the leaf surfaces of living crop seedlings, develop novel methods with higher sensitivities based on the sensitivity-increasing effects of the selected surfactants at in situ detection of adsorbed PAHs using fiber-optic fluorimetry. Using the corresponding method, to in situ study on the adsorption kinetics and depuration kinetics of gaseous PAHs on the leaf surfaces of conventional crops, such as wheat, corn and soybeans, as well as the effects and mechanisms of cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide surfactant (CTMAB), anionic sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate surfactant (SDBS) and nonionic octylphenoxypolyethoxy ethanol surfactant (Triton X-100) on the main environmental behaviors mentioned above. This project aims to provide technical support and new research thinking for comprehensively understanding the processes and mechanisms of gaseous PAHs pollution to crops in real environment, to promote the intersection and infiltration of the correlation disciplines, and to improve the research level of relevant disciplines.
