中文摘要: 高速、重载新型运输装备多为薄壁组合骨架结构。通常骨架作为专业问题在初步设计予以考虑,方案设计模型构建通常需要花费几周甚至几年时间。在吹风试验或者骨架调整后,结构模型的调整又将变得异常困难,在很大程度上影响设计周期。项目将研究基于实例设计模型的构件抽取、面向构件模板和骨架的设计模型生成,以及构件模板设计模型转换成自然网格仿真模型和有限元模型,从而实现方案设计的主辅流程迭代。拟结合骨架和零部件属性语义,研究实例模型细节特征并描述不同组件的父子关系,对过渡、装饰等特征的识别和抑制,实现构件模板分类和定义,具有一定的理论意义;针对硬点硬线可能定义在隐式曲面和目前应用的硬点硬线生成算法存在冗余,没有考虑骨架传力特性,不能适应新型运输装备快速设计,项目研究硬点硬线、构件模板和骨架耦合求解,用于网格模型自动生成,完善复杂骨架结构型产品的自然网格模型生成理论,并进行工程应用。

英文摘要: Most of the high speed heavy haul transport equipments are thin-walled composite skeleton structure. As a specialized problem, the skeleton will be considered at preliminary or detailed design phase.The building of schematic design modeling usually took weeks or even years. After air blowing test on model, the model change would be extremely difficult, which greatly influence the design period. The main research issues are the component extraction based on case model,the design model generation oriented to component template and skeleton,the transformation from design model based on component template to original grid model and finite element model.Thus the main processing iterative of schematic design can realized successfully.The research combined the skelton and the property of parts or components, made a study of detailed features of case model and describled the parent-child relationship of different components. It has certain theoretical meaning and and realistic meaning for the identification and repression of blend and dress-up features, the realization of the classification and defination for the component template.
