中文摘要: 钢筋锈蚀是引起钢筋混凝土结构耐久性降低并造成重大损失的最重要影响因素,然而,目前的锈蚀监测技术受到,诸如耐久性差、抗干扰能力差等瓶颈的制约,难以实现对结构钢筋锈蚀的长期监测与评估。针对这一难题,本项目充分利用光纤传感高耐久性、高稳定性等优点,发掘其锈胀应变监测潜力,提出一种基于布里渊分布式光纤传感原理的光纤传感线圈锈蚀监测方法。采用理论分析、模型试验、数值模拟和现场实测等研究手段,研究光纤传感线圈锈蚀监测共性技术,从锈蚀膨胀应变这一新的角度揭示钢筋锈蚀损伤机理,研制新型高耐久性锈蚀传感器,研究基于锈蚀膨胀应变的锈蚀评估方法,实现对钢筋混凝土结构长期的锈蚀监测与评估,发展面向工程应用的高耐久性锈蚀监测系统集成技术,建立锈蚀监测评估系统,并在示范工程中长期综合验证,为保障我国大规模钢筋混凝土结构基础设施的安全运营提供科学支撑。

英文摘要: Corrosion is the most important factor that leads to reliability deterioration of steel reinforced concrete structures. However,traditional corrosion monitoring techniques confined with some disadvantages, such as, lower reliability, poor anti-interference ability, etc. are not suitable for the corrosion monitoring in long term. In order to resolve this problem, one kind of sensing method using Brillouin optical sensing coiling is proposed to monitor steel corrosion, with the ability of corrosion expansion strain monitoring. Theoretical analysis, model test, numerical simulation and field monitoring are used to research the common issues of optical sensing coiling sensing technique. Damage mechanism is studied from the new way of corrosion expansion. And new kinds of corrosion sensors will be developed, and also the corrosion evaluation methods. Furthermore, corrosion monitoring system integration technique with high reliability will be researched, and the monitoring system will be mounted in the demonstration project. The research works involved in this proposal will provide scientific support for the safe operation of the infrastructure of the protection of large-scale reinforced concrete structure.
