中文摘要: 本项目以山西十大名枣为研究对象,基于可见/近红外光谱技术对鲜枣轻微损伤进行在线检测及分类方法研究。具体内容为:寻找和确定合适描述和区分鲜枣正常和损伤组织的生物力学参数;通过对枣样本在线光谱采集与校正处理,获取完好和损伤枣的可见/近红外光谱数据;通过对所测枣样本生物力学参数与其光谱数据之间的耦合机理分析,评价和确定采用光谱技术对枣样本的正常和损伤的分类指标及阈值;运用数据挖掘技术探索和确定鲜枣轻微损伤的在线检测与分类的优化算法,并开发在线分类软件。本项目的意义在于揭示鲜枣样本光谱数据与其力学参数之间的耦合机理,解决鲜枣轻微损伤在线、快速、无损、客观检测与分类的难题。该研究成果不仅可以用于损伤鲜枣的在线自动分级,而且在农产品品质检测与分级领域有广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要: Based on the VIS/NIR spectroscopy, this project chooses ten kinds of famous jujubes in Shanxi province as its study object and studies the online detection and sorting method for fresh jujube slight bruise. The specific research contents are as follows: looking for and assuring the proper biomechanical parameters to describe and distinguish the normal tissue and the bruise tissue; obtaining VIS/NIR spectroscopy data of the normal tissue and the bruise tissue by collecting and calibrating the online spectroscopy of the jujube samples; evaluating and determining the normal and bruised sorting index and threshold values with using spectroscopic technology on jujube samples by analysis of coupling mechanism between biomechanical parameters and spectroscopy data of the detected samples; exploring and assuring the optimization algorithm of online detection and sorting about fresh jujube's slight bruise by using data mining, and developing online classified software. The significance of this project lies in revealing the coupling mechanism between biomechanical parameters and spectroscopy data of the detected samples and finding the solution to online, short-term, nondestructive, and objective detection and sorting for the fresh jujube's slight bruise.
