中文摘要: 本项目拟采用表面洁净的控制合成技术,利用化学还原或超声、紫外光诱导、激光等手段制备贵金属类(如Au, Ag, Pt, Pb)球壳、多孔、介孔结构,获得具有高活性的多种贵金属纳米材料。研究表面洁净纳米材料的生长机制及可控制备方法;研究多种形貌、结构、尺寸的贵金属材料的各种催化性能及生物活性的影响,系统探讨表面洁净在催化中意义。探究其在生物医学领域的应用。本项目的研究可以提供一系列极简、高产的贵金属纳米材料的制备方法,提高贵金属纳米材料的多种催化活性,为纳米生物催化活性提高开发一种新的思路,有望获得高活性和高效率的新型纳米生物医药单元,具有重要理论意义和潜在应用价值。

英文摘要: The project intends to get surface-clean,spherical shell, porous mesoporous structure with high catalytic properties noble(such as Au, Ag, Pt, Pb) nanomaterials by used of the controlled synthesis technology(such as chemical reduction, ultrasound, ultraviolet light-induced, lasers, and other means of preparation).It will be discussed that the formation mechanism and control approach of composing and structure of surface-clean and special morphology nanoparticles. Besides, we will also deeply explore the catalytic mechanism of the surface-clean nanostructures to guide the further design and synthesis of this kind of nanostructured catalyst. The implementation of the project will expand the synthesis method and application spectrum of Surface-clean and active noble nanoparticles, and bring some new chances for the fields of energy, organic catalysis, biomedical applications and so forth. In a word, this project is very important in both of the theoretical research and pratical applications.
