中文摘要: 以激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)化合物作为检测主体,通过分子设计,合成一系列能够在纯水相及细胞环境中使用的反应型水溶性小分子氟离子荧光探针。利用硅烷基对ESIPT化合物质子转移基团的修饰及在氟离子作用下的选择性反应所导致的探针分子光谱行为的变化作为检测原理,实现在水相和细胞中对氟离子的快速、定量、专一性检测。在制备水相体系中检测试剂的同时,以方便日常使用为目的,将探针分子固载到各种基质上,得到简易、便携的固态化的氟离子检测试剂。在以上工作的基础上,得到多种能应用于纯水相及细胞环境中的氟离子荧光探针分子,为日常生活及工业生产中的氟离子的检测提供简单、便宜、快捷的新方法。

英文摘要: A series of water-soluble fluorescent probes for fluoride ion with the excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) compounds will be designed and used in pure water and cellular situations. The design strategy of this probe recognition site is based on the protection and deprotection of the hydroxyl group of ESIPT compounds. The ESIPT process of these alkylsilane coupled fluorescent probes is inhibited and only enol emission can be observed, but when the silyl ether deprotection reaction with fluoride ions occurs, the ESIPT process will be triggered again and result in ratiometric changes in emission spectra. As well as the fluorescent probes used in water solution, the solidified detecting reagents will be prepared by loading the detecting molecules into carriers (filter paper; water-gel; water-soluble macromolecules and so on) through physical or chemical interactions. Finally, on the foundation of the design schema, several kinds of fluoride fluorescent detecting molecules will be synthesized and applied into pure water even cellular situations which can provide a convenient and reliable detection of fluoride ions in applications.
