中文摘要: 针对治理致霾汽车尾气的关键技术-三效催化剂技术发展要求,项目拟在深入研究汽车尾气催化反应机理的基础上,建立HC、NOx和CO的反应网络,研究调控催化剂中贵金属与载体涂层材料(铈锆储氧材料和氧化铝)的的结构设计和相互作用,实现贵金属催化材料在真实反应条件下的高活性和高稳定性;结合各种先进的表征技术和测试手段,进一步揭示稀土储氧材料等对催化材料表面性质(氧化/还原性能等)和贵金属催化活性中心分布等的调控作用, 建立汽车催化剂中贵金属结构和反应性能(包括耐久性)的构效关系,创制高性能贵金属催化材料。研究开发出满足汽车欧5/6排放标准的高性能汽车催化剂,支撑我国汽车产业的健康发展。

英文摘要: In recent years the regulations governing emissions fromautomobiles have been strengthened as awareness of globalenvironmental problems has increased. Furthermore, a highperformance three-way catalyst that can satisfy the emissions regulations is now required. First,the reaction network of HC, NOx, CO will be established on the basis of in-depth study of catalytic reaction mechanism in three-way automotive catalyst. Secondly,the high activity and stability of precious metal catalytic material will be achieved under the real reaction condition on the study of the catalyst structure and the mutual interaction of precious metal-support (ceria-based oxygen storage material and alumina)in automotivecatalyst. A variety of advanced characterization techniques will be used to further revealing the effect of rare earth oxygen storage materials on the surface properties of catalytic material ( oxidation/reduction performance) and the distributions of precious metal catalytic active center。Meanwhile, to establish structure-activity relationship between precious metal structure and reaction performance (including durability) in the automotive catalysts, then high-performance precious metal catalytic materials will be developed. In addition, the automotive catalyst which meet 5/6 European emission standards will also be createded and developed to support the healthy development of automotive industry in our country.
