中文摘要: TiNi合金独特、优异的性能使其在生物医学中应用广泛,但该材料无抗菌性阻碍了其在硬组织修复中应用的快速发展。本项目提出利用激光Ag合金化赋予TiNi表面抗菌性能的新思路。采用Nd-YAG激光器和同步送粉方式在TiNi表面制备Ag合金化层;研究不同Ag含量对合金化层的组织结构、马氏体相变、力学性能、形状记忆效应、超弹性、腐蚀行为及抗菌性能的影响规律,查明合金化层中Ag的存在形式、状态及分布规律,建立合金化层中Ag在TiNi中的固溶量及Ag颗粒含量与抗菌性能之间的内在联系,给出Ag含量与抗菌性能之间的定量关系,揭示合金化层的抗菌机理;探明合金化层晶粒尺寸、相组成及表面应力状态对腐蚀行为的影响规律,揭示Ag合金化层的腐蚀机理。研制出兼具高形状记忆效应、良好抗菌效果和耐蚀性能的激光Ag合金化层,为研制新型硬组织修复材料提供新思路和理论指导,对丰富表面改性理论及拓宽TiNi合金的应用也具有重要意义。

英文摘要: TiNi alloys were applied extensively in the biomedical field due to their unique and excellent properties. However, the absence of antibacterial property in the TiNi alloys has delayed the development speed in the field of the hard tissre repair. In this project, laser Ag alloying is put forward to endow the antibacterial property on the surface of the TiNi alloys. The Ag alloying layer is prepared using the Nd-YAG laser and simutaneous delivery powder method. The effect of silver content on the microstructure, martensitic transformation behavior, mechanical properties, shape memory effect, superelasticity, corrosion behavior and antibacterial property of the alloying layer is investigated. The existing method, state and distribution regularity of the Ag in the alloying layer is disclosed. The relationship between the antibacterial property and the Ag solution content in the TiNi matrix of the alloying layer and Ag particles content is established. The quantitative relationship between the antibacterial property and the Ag content is formed. Finally, the antibacterial mechanism of the Ag alloying layer is clarified. The effect of surface crystal size, phase composition and surface stress state on the corrosion resistance of the Ag alloying layer is studied. The related corrosion resistance mechanism is disclosed
