中文摘要: 由于无线网络信息的非对称性,建立有效的协作频谱共享机制成为一项技术难题。本项目针对无线频谱资源短缺问题,以委托代理理论为基础,以合约设计为主线,拟探索兼顾信息非对称性、用户竞争性、节点自私性、资源有限性的多场景协作频谱共享合约机制。主要内容包括:(1)将协作频谱共享映射成劳动力市场,研究扩展性强的多用户协作频谱共享合约机制信息对称模型;(2)针对合约签订前信息隐匿性问题,研究多种私有信息场景下协作频谱共享合约机制逆向选择模型,以甄别用户类型信息;(3)针对合约签订后行为隐匿性问题,研究多种私有行为场景下协作频谱共享合约机制道德风险模型,以激励协作频谱共享行为;(4)针对合约签订前后信息和行为隐匿性问题,研究双重非对称网络信息场景下协作频谱共享合约机制混合激励模型,以期构建普适性强的协作频谱共享合约体系。本项目提出的多用户多场景协作频谱共享合约机制,为无线频谱的高效利用和资源共享提供新思路。

英文摘要: Due to the asymmetry of the wireless network information, it is difficult to establish an effective mechanism of cooperative spectrum sharing (CSS). To alleviate the problem of spectrum scarcity, this project tries to develop a multi-scenario contract-based CSS framework by considering essential factors like information asymmetry, user competition, node selfishness and resource limitation. The research of this project can be summarized as follows: (1) by modeling CSS as a labor market, a basic CSS framework with the symmetric information model is investigated based on spectrum contract design; (2) to discriminate the type information of users, an adverse selection model is studied under multiple scenarios of hidden information; (3) to incentivize users to obey the contract, a moral hazard model is studied under multiple scenarios of hidden action; (4) taking into account both hidden information and hidden action, a universal CSS mechanism with the mixed incentive contract model is investigated under multiple scenarios of dual-asymmetric information. This project will establish a multi-user multi-scenario contract-based CSS framework, and it will put forward new ideas for efficient sharing and utilization of spectrum resource.
