中文摘要: 现代研究已经证实中药显微结构与有效成分的分布密切相关,中药显微结构定量信息是中药质量评价的一个重要指标。传统中药显微鉴别由于其对样品制备要求苛刻、添加化学试剂,对样品有破坏性,易造成结构信息丢失或赝像,因此无法真正实现显微结构的定量研究。同步辐射X射线显微CT技术利用X射线特有的强穿透能力以及同步辐射X射线特有的空间相干性和高通量密度,可实现中药材显微特征结构的无损、高分辨成像,这为中药材显微结构的定量研究提供了可行性。本项目拟将同步辐射X射线定量显微CT引入到中药材研究中,获取其显微特征结构的定量信息,建立定量信息与有效化学成分的对应关系,从而发展一种利用中药材的显微特征结构定量信息直接评价其质量的新方法。

英文摘要: The quantitative information of microstructures is an important index for quality evaluation of Chinese medicinal materials(CMMs)as modern studies have demonstrated there is a close correlation between microstructures and active components. For the conventional microscopic identification, it has many disadvantages, such as rigid sample preparations and adding extra reagents which may result in structure information loss. Thus, it's difficult or even unable to do quantitative analysis of CMMs' microstructures. Owing to the unique penetrating character of X-rays and the better coherence and higher fluxes of the third generation of synchrotron radiation facility, synchrotron radiation X-ray micro-computed tomography(micro-CT) can realize clearer and finer microstructures of CMMs with better spatial and temporal resolutions nondestructively, which provides the feasibility of microstructures' quantitative research of CMMs. This project intends to introduce synchrotron radiation X-ray quantitative micro-CT to the investigation of CMMs, getting the quantitative information of the microstructures, and to establish the relationship between the microstructures' quantitative information and the active chemical components. And therefore, a new method can be developed for evaluating the quality of CMMs directly via their quantitative information of the microstructures.
