中文摘要: 用于长期贮存、一次使用的武器装备系统中的航天电磁继电器,是实现信号传递、负载切换、电路保护与控制等功能的关键机电元件,其贮存可靠性既关系武器装备随时能用、可用,又关系到产品非合理报废造成的经济损失。如何使航天电磁继电器满足武器装备对其提出的长贮要求,尚缺乏系统的试验检测与快速评估的理论与方法。本项目以航天电磁继电器为工程实例,研究基于性能退化的贮存可靠性试验方法,揭示其特性参数的退化规律;研究其材料、结构参数与可靠性指标的关系,建立退化过程的数学模型;研究其贮存退化失效机理,建立航天电磁继电器贮存退化物理方程与贮存等效动力学模型;研究其贮存退化评估方法,建立航天电磁继电器贮存退化参数组合预测模型,解决电磁继电器贮存寿命的快速评估问题。本项目所研究的是开关电器的共性基础问题,拟建立的触点贮存退化模型及相关试验及评价方法对于提高开关电器的贮存可靠性具有重要的科学意义和实用价值。

英文摘要: Aerospace electromagnetic relay (EMR) is one of the key electromechanical components used for signal transmission, load switching, circuit protection and control in long-term storage, one shot weapon equipment system. Its storage reliability affects not only whether the weapon system is available at any time, but also the economic losses caused by unreasonable scrap. It is still lack of the system test and rapid assessment theory and method to make aerospace EMR meet the requirements of long-term storage. This project takes aerospace EMR for an engineering example, the research content includes the following several parts. First the storage reliability test method based on performance degradation is studied and the degradation law of characteristic parameters is revealed. Second the relationship between structure parameters and material and reliability index is studied and then a mathematic model of the degradation process is set up. Third the storage degradation failure mechanism is studied, and storage degradation physical equation and the equivalent dynamics model of aerospace EMR are established. At last the storage degradation assessment methods is studied, storage degradation parameter combination forecast model is set up in order to solve the problem of rapid assessment of EMR storage life. The research content in this project is the common problems of switching device. The storage degradation model of contact and the related test and evaluation method will be established and it is of great significance for improving the storage reliability of switching device.
