中文摘要: 织构造成金属材料的各向异性,显著影响合金力学性能。因此,充分利用金属材料的织构和各向异性,深入挖掘金属材料的潜力,成为当前金属材料研究关键问题之一。控制具有广泛应用的两相钛合金织构,其实质是控制初生αp和次生αs相的织构,来优化合金力学性,这被认为是一种创制和发展新合金的重要手段。目前依然对于αs相产生机理不明确、缺乏织构与力学性能的定量化研究。本项目意在弄清αs相织构产生机理、变形织构与具有一个{110}平行或近似平行的两个β晶粒的关系,及织构(织构类型、取向密度)与力学性能的定量关系,揭示两相钛合金中织构的可控性,阐明织构对力学性能的作用机制。本项目的研究不但促进了两相钛合金的性能提高,而且对于alpha或是beta钛合金的织构控制及促进该合金的性能提高都有借鉴作用。

英文摘要: Texture causes the anisotropy of metal materials, and significantly affect the mechanical properties of them. Therefore, It is one of the key issues in the current researches of meta materials to make full use of their texture and anisotropy and develop their potentialities. To control the texture in alpha/beta titanium alloys which have been widely used, whose essence is to control the texture of primary alpha phase and second alpha phase. In this way, texture can optimize the mechanical properties, which is considered to be a important method of creation and development in new materials. At present it is not clear for the formation texture, and it is insufficiency for the relationship of texture and mechanical properties. The aim of the present project is to clarify the formation mechanism of second alpha phase, the relationship of neighbouring β grains with a common <110> β pole or with misalignment between <110> poles of less than 10 degrees, and the quantitative relationship between texture (Texture types and Orientation density ) and mechanical properties, discover the texture control in alpha/beta titanium alloys, and determine the effect mechanims of texture on mechanical properties.
