中文摘要: 基于半导体激光混沌技术的高速序列随机数发生器及其在激光混沌通信的应用研究属于基础研究。高速序列随机数广泛应用于通信与信息系统、信号与信息处理、信息安全等多个交叉领域,选题涉及半导体激光技术、激光混沌通信、真随机数发生器(TRNGs)等,它不同于一般的伪随机发生器(PRNGs),瞄准基于半导体激光混沌TRNGs的最新研究进展,围绕高速比特序列随机数的制备技术、随机性能的评价和应用展开研究。重点研究两类典型的随机数输出方案,通过TRNGs原型系统的研发,建立和发展随机数发生器制备的新方法;探讨TRNGs的实用性和安全性、混沌序列特性退化、产生性能优良随机数的有效方案;引入信号处理技术,定量分析实用化激光混沌序列和量子密钥分配系统,获得具有普适性的评价模型。在此基础上,深入研究半导体激光混沌技术在TRNGs、复杂链路拓扑结构的激光混沌通信网络,直至未来全光激光混沌保密通信的潜在应用等科学问题。

英文摘要: The high-speed true random number generators (TRNGs) based on the chaotic semiconductor lasers, and their potential applications in the optical chaotic communication systems, are fundamental researches. The high-speed random sequence are widely used in many cross fields, such as communication and information systems, signal and information processing, and in information security. This work refers to semiconductor laser technology, optical chaotic communication and TRNGs. Different from the conventional pseudo random number generators (PRNGs), this work starts from the latest research progress of TRNGs based on the chaotic semiconductor lasers, and investigates the novel techniques for generation of high-speed random sequence, the evaluation for the randomness, as well as the potential applications of the TRNGs. Two typical schemes are considered for generation of random number. Based on the prototype TRNGs, we firstly establish and develop the novel techniques to achieve random number, and then discuss the practicality and the security of TRNGs. Besides, we also study the degradation of the chaotic sequence, and explore the effective schemes to achieve performance-enhanced random numbers.
