中文摘要: 同时达到快速和高灵敏度检测一直是小分子检测领域的研究热点和难点。对于生物活性物质,如尿液、血清、全血等,目前的方法是先将探针分子固定在某些器件上,再通过电信号或光信号进行检测,该法的弊端是误差大、检测量有限。本项目拟设计、合成一系列高灵敏、高准确、水溶性良好的新型香豆素类荧光探针分子,并通过共价键将其固定在磁性纳米粒子上进行样品检测,这样探针一方面可与待测离子或分子充分结合以提高灵敏度,另一方面还可通过磁场收回以进行光谱学和影像学分析,从而构建一个既具有荧光传感性能又具有优良磁导向性和生物相容性的高灵敏传感检测系统。

英文摘要: Rapid and highly sensitive detection has always been one of the research hotspots and difficulties in small-molecule probes field. It is the general method to link the probe molecules with certain devices and then detect by an electrical or optical signal to some bioactive materials,such as urine, serum and whole blood. But the method has the disadvantages of imprecision and limited detectable quantity. In the present project, we want to build a new rapid and highly sensitive detection system wherein a new series of excellent coumarin-based fluorescent chemosensors which possess a great deal of properties, such as high sensitivity, high accuracy, as well as good solubility in water will be designed and synthesized and then be functionalized with the magnetic nanoparticles by covalently bonding to obtain various novel chemosensors-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles. The chemosensors-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles can not only fully combine with the ions or molecules to be detected to improve the sensitivity, but also be recovered through a magnetic field for spectroscopy and imaging analysis.
