中文摘要: 减轻结构重量,提高有效载荷是轻质结构不断发展的永恒主题,轻质点阵夹芯结构在航空航天、交通运输、水面舰艇、重工机械等领域具有广泛的应用前景。三维多级点阵夹芯结构相对其他轻质夹芯结构可以大幅提高芯子单元抵抗屈曲的能力,从而发挥每个单元承受载荷的最大潜力,然而由于至今未有合适的制备工艺,导致对其力学行为的研究甚少。本项目的研究就是为了解决这个难题,拟开展以下三方面研究工作:1)将自然界多级化思想融入到目前点阵结构中,采用3D打印快速成型技术制备出聚合物三维多级金字塔点阵夹芯结构(波纹-金字塔/金字塔-金字塔)。2)对该结构进行静态及动态力学性能试验分析,评价结构力学性能并揭示其失效机理。3)建立预报三维多层级金字塔点阵夹芯结构力学性能的理论与数值模型,绘制失效机制图。本项目研究可为人们对多层级点阵夹芯结构的认识和未来该结构的工程应用奠定基础

英文摘要: The aim for reducing the weight and enhancing the effective load of structures is the eternal subject for the developing of lightweight strucures all long. Lightweight lattice sandwich structures have great potential in many applications, especially in the field of aerospace, transportation, surface warship, Heavy industry machinery and so on. 3D multi-hierarchical lattice sandwich structures can improve the ability of resist buckling of core compared with other lightweight sandwich structures. The work about the mechanical behavior of 3D multi-hierarchical lattice sandwich structures is very limited because there is no suitable fabrication method for this kind of structures. This project is studied in order to solve this problem and the content of this research can be divided into three main parts: the first aspect of work is the fabrication of polymer 3D multi-hierarchical pyramidal truss sandwich structures using 3-D printing rapid prototyping method. The natural multi-hierarchical idea will be put into traditional lattice structures and polymer composite 3D multi-hierarchical pyramidal truss sandwich structures with "corrugated-lattice truss" or "lattice truss-lattice truss" cores will be designed and manufactured.
