中文摘要: 利用先进的信息科学技术对非物质文化遗产进行保护,传承其优秀的民间文化基因,是全球文化遗产保护领域的重要课题。非物质文化遗产数字化保护是一项庞杂的系统工程也是艰巨的科学任务,它是信息科学承载文化记忆,实现民族文明传播、传承的重要研究课题。本项目以我国典型非物质文化遗产 -剪纸艺术为研究对象,(1)探索解决剪纸艺术资源的标准化采集、矢量化表示、特征提取等关键科学问题;(2)研究剪纸艺术中"图符"基因矢量特性、矢量映射和矢量识别等数字化保护核心问题;(3)研究对象封装、语义定义、基因检索等软件理论与方法在剪纸艺术资源数字化中的创新应用;(4)研究剪纸艺术数字化保护与传承的多重资源网络共享共建平台建设。项目研究将为非物质文化遗产数字化保护提供理论指导、技术支持、实践经验和应用参考。

英文摘要: Using the advanced theories and technologies of information science to preserving intangible cultural heritage, for inheriting and carrying forward the excellent cultural memories, is key research concern of cultural heritage preservation globally. Digitization and preservation of intangible cultural heritage is a complex project of systems engineering and a tough scientific task; moreover, it is an important research topic of how to utilize information science to carry cultural memories, and to achieve the goal of inheriting and carrying forward the nation civilization. This project studies on digitization and preservation of paper-cut art, a typical type of intangible cultural heritage. Main research contents are as follows: (1) exploring solutions to key scientific problems when dealing with paper-cut art resources, including stanardized data collection, vector definition & representation, feature extraction and so on. (2)studying on critical issues in digitizing and preserving paper-cut art, including "meta-graphic" genes' vector characteristics, vector mapping, vector recognition, etc. (3)studying on applying those software theories and approaches,including object encapsulation, semantic definition and gene-based searching, to creatively digitize paper-cut art resources.(4)studying on how to construct netwo
