中文摘要: 污泥深度脱水困难已经成为资源化利用和减量化处理的瓶颈问题,较热干燥方法具有显著节能优势的电脱水技术是较为可行的途径,但电脱水仍然存在节能、增效的空间。本研究以污泥电脱水的渗流过程为研究对象,采用弱超声和电场共同作用,借助低功率超声波的弱空化和机械振荡提高电脱水速度、深度降低污泥含水率,依托现有渗流理论基础,从提高渗透率、降低渗流阻力、增加渗流压差为目标,分析污泥介质结构特性,结合脱水试验研究弱超声波对污泥电脱水过程中渗流特性的动态改变,优化弱超声电脱水技术操作条件与适宜的应用范围,并针对污泥介质的复杂性和不稳定性建立渗流模型,将使得电脱水技术无论在技术方面还是在经济方面均具有巨大优势,为实现污泥高干脱水和解决污泥资源化利用瓶颈问题提供新的技术途径和研究思路。

英文摘要: The difficult of deeply dewatering is bottleneck problem for sewage sludge resource use and reducing volume. The EDW is a feasible way to reduce more sludge water, which can save more energy than heat drying, but it needs farther research to improve more performance. The seepage of sludge EDW would be studied in the work, which uses feeble ultrasonic and electric field together to improve dewatering speed and deeply reduce sludge water. Based on seepage theory, in order to improve osmosis rate, debase resistance and increase press, we would analyze the sludge medium structure and carry out the dewatering experiments to research how feeble ultrasonic changes water seepage in sludge EDW. In the study we would optimize the work conditions of ultrasonic and electric field and found the seepage model based on sludge medium complexity and instability. We hope our work can bring big predominance of technology and economy for sludge EDW applying, and offer a new way and idea for bottleneck problem of sludge deeply dewatering and resource using.
