中文摘要: 作为全新的制冷技术,固体材料激光制冷技术具有体积小、重量轻、无电磁辐射、无振动、无噪声、工作寿命长等优点,因而在光电探测器制冷、传感器制冷和空间飞行器冷却等领域中有着广阔的应用前景。Yb:LiLuF4晶体由于具有低的声子能量、宽的荧光光谱、窄的窄斯塔克分裂能级和较好的热学性能而在激光冷却方面更具潜力。本项目以新型激光制冷材料Yb:LiLuF4晶体为研究对象,围绕晶体原料提纯、生长、性能和激光冷却实验等方面开展系统研究。揭示晶体激光冷却的微观机理,突破高纯度原料提纯和晶体生长的关键技术,以期获得具有自主知识产权的新型激光制冷材料。

英文摘要: As a new cooling technology, the laser cooling technology of solid materials with small volume, light weight, no electromagnetic radiation, no vibration, no noise, long working life, etc., thus in the computer chip cooling, refrigeration, sensors, photoelectric detector has a broad application prospect in the refrigeration field. In view of the low phonon energy, the fluorescence spectra of wide, narrow narrow stark splitting energy level and better thermal performance, Yb: LiLuF4 crystal is more potential in terms of laser cooling. This project takes new laser cooling material Yb: LiLuF4 crystal as the research object, and around the crystal material purification, growth, performance and laser cooling experiment, etc., to carry out the system research. This include revealed the microscopic mechanism of crystal laser cooling, break through the purification of high purity raw material and the key technology of crystal growth, in order to obtain new laser cooling materials with independent intellectual property rights.
