中文摘要: 高性能稳定的有机场效应晶体管材料的设计与合成,一直是有机半导体研究的关键和核心科学问题。材料的功能往往受其化学结构、分子排列及属性的影响。对于一维有机场效应晶体管材料,通过引入具有增加溶解性的长烷基链进行溶液法制备薄膜,然而烷基边链效应会削弱芳香体系的π-π堆积作用,影响分子有序排列与堆积。本申请项目中,首先合成一系列具有C3对称轴的氮杂稠环芳烃分子,通过在稠环芳烃分子外围引入卤键作用基团,使芳香体系在基团的定向作用力下组装成为二维材料,实现材料的层内高度有序排列与层层紧密堆积。这种定向组装二维材料的方法具有可调控和易于大面积制备优点。基于二维有机半导体薄膜,构筑和研究其器件的性质。通过对薄膜场效应性能的研究,探索分子结构和性能的关系。最后进一步指导设计新型二维有机半导体材料。

英文摘要: The design and synthesis of organic field effect transistors materials with high performance and stability is a core research area of organic semiconductors. The performances of materials are affected by chemical structures, molecular arrangements and properties. The performances are regulated by introduction of long alkyl groups which can enhance the solubility in one-dimensional organic field effect transistor material. But the long alkyl groups decrease π-π stacking interactions, also it decrease the close packing between molecules. In this project, firstly a series of nitrogen-doped polycyclic aromatic molecules with C3 symmetry axis will be synthesized. The halogen bonding effects will be introduced as peripheral groups into polycyclic aromatic molecules. Then, two-dimensional material will be assembled by directing force of halogen bonding. Highly ordered and tightly packed layers within layers of materials will be achieved. The approaches of directed assembly in two-dimensional material would have several advantages: good regulatability and large area. The devices based on thin films will be fabricated in order to investigate their properties. The aim is to understand the relationships between structures and properties. Finally we will give some guide to the designing of novel two-dimensional organic semiconductor.
