中文摘要: 聚集诱导发光(AIE)和聚集荧光增强(AEE)的发现解决了聚集荧光猝灭这一传统难题,拓展了荧光物质在有机发光二极管(OLEDs)、化学、生物传感器等领域的应用。前期工作中我们发现一类非共轭支化聚合物具有典型的聚集荧光增强特性,本项目拟在课题组原有的工作基础上,对非共轭聚合物的聚集荧光增强进行系统研究,突破目前研究主要集中在设计合成具有AIE、AEE性能的小分子共轭化合物和少量共轭聚合物上现状。通过控制迈克尔加成聚合反应条件,制备多种支化结构可控的非共轭支化聚合物,对其不同状态下的荧光性能进行系统探究,阐明非共轭聚合物结构单元、支化结构以及分子间作用力与聚集荧光增强之间的相互关系,探索聚集荧光增强在非共轭聚合物中产生的规律和机理,并将具有聚集荧光增强性能的非共轭聚合物应用到细菌检测等生物领域,从而为研究开发新型聚集荧光增强功能材料提供实验和理论依据。

英文摘要: The discovery of the phenomena of conjugated compounds with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) and aggregation enhanced emission (AEE)properties has well solved the problem of conventional aggregation fluorescence quenching. Thus AIE and AEE broad the application of fluorescent materials in many fields such as organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), Chemical detector and biosensors etc. In our early studies, we found that a non-conjugated branched polymer with AEE behavior. Therefore, in this study, we intend to break out currtent focus on design and synthsis the conjugated compounds and some conjugated polymers, through the study on AEE of non-conjugated branched polymers. Through regulation the condition of Michael addition polymerization, synthesis a series of non-conjugated branched polymers with same repeating units but different branched architecture and expolre their fluorescent properties under different states. Clarify the relationship between branched structure,intermolecular interactions of non-conjugated and AEE.Then try to find the principles and mechanism of the phenomena of AEE produced by non-conjugated polymers.The obtain exprimental and therotical data would provide proof for research and development of new type of AEE function material.
