中文摘要: 荧光稀土配合物是一类重要的荧光探针材料,在工业、环境、生命科学、医学、化学以及生物技术等领域具有广阔的应用前景。本项目拟采用三β-二酮与稀土构筑一系列具有不同孔径的发光多面体和金属有机网格,利用配合物的空穴与目标分子之间的主客作用实现对客体的识别和荧光传感。首先,以C、N、P原子及芳环为三足配体(三β-二酮配体)的中心原子或分子,通过采用不同刚/柔性的基团作为间隔基合成具有不同刚柔性、不同三线态能级的配体,并用于构筑不同孔径的荧光稀土配合物,研究配体结构与配合物的结构及荧光性能之间的构效关系;然后,根据配合物的孔径大小和结构特点对目标分子进行荧光传感研究,建立配体结构、配合物结构、孔径大小与分子识别和荧光传感之间的构效关系,明确其与客体分子的识别原理和发光机制,为设计具有高选择性和高灵敏度的稀土荧光探针材料提供实验数据和理论基础。

英文摘要: The luminescent lanthanide complexes are one class of the important fluorescent probe materials, which have extent application in fields of industry, environment, bioscience, medicine, chemistry and biotech. In this project, we should like to employ tris-β-diketone and lanthanide to construct a series of luminescent polyhedrons and metal organic frameworks with different void volume, in which the molecular recognition and fluorescence sensing are achieved by host-guest interaction between the guest molecular and the cavities. Firstly, we tend to synthesize the ligands with various rigid structures and different triple state energies, in which the C, N, P atoms and aromatic rings can serve as the center of the tris-β-diketone. Furthermore, the luminescent lanthanide complexes with different void volume would be constructed by using the ligands, and the relationship of the structure of the complexes and luminescence properties will be found. Secondly, we would also research the fluorescent sensing of the complexes to the target molecular, and find the relationship of fluorescent sensing behavior and structural characters of the complexes and their void volume. As a result, the basic experiment data and theory could be obtained for designing the highly selective and sensitive luminescent lanthanide complexes probes.
