中文摘要: 为利用超饱和固溶体中合金元素的析出强化效果,有必要进一步提高难固溶元素的超饱和固溶度。在对机械合金化二元不互溶合金元素固溶度扩展分析的基础上,本项目提出了非晶合金与面心立方纯Cu及FeNiCo基固溶体的低温机械合金化固溶度扩展这一创新性研究。 首先采用低温机械合金化工艺,选择Mo为代表的难溶元素与Cr制备非晶合金,确定不同工艺条件下其能量状态,在此基础上,重点研究低温机械合金化制备的Cr(Mo)非晶合金与面心立方的纯Cu及面心立方的FeNiCo基固溶体在二次低温机械合金化超饱和固溶过程中的作用及其固溶机制,并探索具有高的超饱和固溶度的Cu合金及FeNiCo基固溶体合在热压烧结过程中的反应析出特点,研究其强度等性能与组织中析出强化相之间的关系,为制备新型高强合金提供理论依据和技术支撑。

英文摘要: For improving the strength of alloys by elements precipitation from supersaturation solid solution, it is necessary to increases the solid solution limits of immiscible element in supersaturation solid solution. The extension of solid solubility in immiscible binary alloy systems by mechanical alloying have been discussed, and a new way has been presented in this researching project to increase the solid solubility in immiscible alloy systems by using the amorphous alloys. The formation of supersaturated solid solution in immiscible Cu-Mo-Cr alloy systems by mechanical alloying with amorphous Mo(Cr) alloys at low temperature will be studied deeply and extensively. First, this project will focus on the synthesis of amorphous Mo(Cr) alloys by mechanical alloying at low temperature,and the energy state of these amorphours alloys at different condition will be determinded.And then, the mechanism of supersaturation solid solution will be carefully investigated during the second mechanical alloying of amorphous Mo(Cr) alloy with pure Cu and/or FeNiCr-based solid solution.
