中文摘要: 本项目以超高强铝合金Al-Cu-Mg-Mn-Zn五元体系为研究目标,将对其中的四个关键四元系Al-Cu-Mg-Zn, Al-Cu-Mn-Zn, Al-Cu-Mg-Mn, Al-Mg-Mn-Zn富Al端相图展开实验研究,详细测定各个体系的(Al)固溶相的相区范围,以及特定温度下的相关系,分析铸态合金的凝固行为以构建液相面投影图和零变量反应图。依据所获得的实验数据,应用Calphad方法,对每个四元系进行热力学评估和优化以获得一套自洽合理的热力学数据,最终建立完善的Al-Cu-Mg-Mn-Zn五元系的热力学数据库。该体系包含了铝合金的四个主要合金元素,所取得的研究成果,将有助于提高铝合金成分设计水平,为探索和设计新型超高强铝合金,以及2,3,5系铝合金提供坚实的理论基础。

英文摘要: The propose is intending to study the super high strength Aluminum alloys system: Al-Cu-Mg-Mn-Zn quinary system. We will experimental investigate the phase diagram at Al-rich part of its key four sub-quatenary systems Al-Cu-Mg-Zn, Al-Cu-Mn-Zn, Al-Cu-Mg-Mn and Al-Mg-Mn-Zn. We are going to comprehensive investigate the homogeneity range of the solution (Al) phase and phase relationship at a special isothermal section, analysis the solidification behave of as-cast alloys in order to construct the liquidus pojection and reaction scheme of each quaternary system. Using Calphad method, we will developing thermodynamic assessment for each quaternary system by basing on the experimental results of own work in order to obtain a set of self-resistence and reasonable thermodynamic description which will compile into the perfectly thermodynamic database of the Al-Cu-Mg-Mn-Zn quinary system. Since the system contain four maily addition elements of Aluminum alloys, the research result will be able to improve the composition design level for Aluminum alloys and provide solid theoretical foundation for developing and designing a new super high strength Aluminum alloy and other new aluminum alloys of No 2, 3 or 5 system.
