中文摘要: 磁流变弹性体是一类新型功能材料,在航空航天、国防、交通运输等基础领域有着广泛的应用前景,然而当前磁流变弹性体还存在流变效应不高、性能不稳定、流变性能与机械性能之间矛盾等瓶颈问题,严重限制了其工程应用。为此,本项目从磁流变弹性体的微观结构入手,结合其在力-磁-热等耦合作用下的力学性能和磁学性能表征,系统地研究基体的粘弹性,力-磁-热耦合作用等因素对磁流变弹性体力学行为的影响规律及其作用机理,建立磁流变弹性体在多场耦合下的粘弹性本构模型,研究磁流变弹性体的流变机理,提出磁流变弹性体多场耦合力学性能的优化方法。同时,本项目将发展磁流变弹性体在力-磁-热等多场耦合下力学性能与磁学性能的实验表征方法,系统地建立磁流变弹性体在多场耦合下的性能评价体系,将有效地推动国内磁流变弹性体研究水平的提高。

英文摘要: Magnetorheological elastomer (MRE) is a new type of functional materials and it has promising application in aerospace, national defense, transportation and other basic fields. However there are still some problems existed in MREs, such as the low magnetorheological effect, the unstable performance, the conflict between the magnetorheological effect and the mechanical properties, etc. These problems must be addressed before its wild applications in engineering. Therefore, in this project we will study the mechanical-magneto-thermal coupling behaviour and properties characterization of MRE. Based on the microstructure observation of MRE, together with the mechanical and magnetic properties characterization of MRE under mechanical-magneto-thermal coupled loading, the effects and mechanism of the matrix viscoelasticity and multi-field loading on the magnetorheological effect and the mechanical properties of MRE will be investigated systematically. A viscoelastic constitutive model of MRE under coupled field will be proposed and the rheological mechanism and the mechanical properties optimization method of MRE in coupled filed will be presented. Meanwhile, in this project we will develop the magneto and mechanical properties characterization method of MRE under coupled mechanical-magneto-thermal field. A systematic
