中文摘要: 基于纳米多孔硅电子源的无放电气体激发发光是利用多孔多晶硅电子源向气体空间注入电子,并且在不产生气体放电的情况下直接激发气体原子的一种具有新型物理机制的发光形式。它具有发光效率高和环保等突出优点,在绿色节能光源和新型平板显示器件等方面拥有很好的应用前景。对这种新型发光的机理和应用研究既是国际前沿课题,也符合我国电光源工业和平板显示工业发展的战略需求。本项目将开展气体环境中应用的纳米多孔硅电子源及其发射电子对气体原子激发的基础研究。通过制备纳米多孔硅电子源,研究多孔硅制备工艺、微观结构及电子发射性能之间的相互关系和影响发射电子电流密度、能量分布、发射稳定性的因素;建立气体环境中多孔硅的电子发射理论,探讨获得最佳电子发射性能的条件;研究注入电子对气体原子的激发发光过程;开展利用此发光技术的器件研制。研究成果对于揭示气体环境中纳米多孔硅电子发射规律和开发新型发光技术,具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Discharge-free gas-excitation luminescence based on nanocrystalline silicon (nc-Si)electron emitter is a type of luminescence form with a novel physical mechanism, which utilizes electrons emitted from a porous polycrystalline silicon electron emitter and injected into a gas space to directly excite gas atoms in the case of no gas-discharge. This luminescence has some prominent advantages, such as high luminous efficacy and environmental protection, so it has good application prospects in the aspects of green energy-saving light sources and novel flat panel display devices. Research on the mechanism and the applications of this novel luminescence not only is an international cutting-edge research in the fields of photoelectron luminescence and display technologies but also accords with the requirements of development stratages of Chinese electric light source and flat panel display industries. The basic researches on nc-Si electron emitters applied in gas ambience and atomic excitations induced by electrons emitted from these electron emitters will be carried out in this project.
