中文摘要: 泄流结构是水利枢纽宣泄洪水的安全通道,如何有效地检测出泄流结构的损伤程度、正确评估其安全性并及时进行预警,对确保枢纽整体安全是至关重要的。针对当前泄流结构安全监测和损伤预警研究中出现的问题,本项目拟进行泄流结构流激振动机理及损伤诊断技术的研究,结合模型试验、原型观测和有限元计算,研究水流荷载激励下泄流结构的动力响应特性,分析水流荷载-泄流结构自身动力特性-流激振动响应三者之间的关系,解释实际工程中泄流激励引起的振动现象;建立基于时-频分析的泄流结构滤波降噪和模态识别新方法;同时通过建立损伤模型试验,分析泄流结构的损伤机理,研究水动力和结构动力耦合条件下不同结构、不同破坏形式和不同破坏阶段的损伤敏感特征量以及损伤敏感特征量和损伤之间的关系,探求大体积泄流结构损伤诊断的合理方法,进而判别损伤的位置和程度,以及结构目前的状况、使用功能和损伤的变化趋势等,为泄流结构安全预警和健康诊断提供依据。

英文摘要: The flood discharge excitation is the safe passage of flood in Hydro-Junction. How to effectively detect the damage of the flood discharge excitation, correct assessment of its security and warning timely are very important for the overall security of the Hydro-Junction. In order to solve the current problem in safety monitoring and damage warning in flood discharge excitation, the project intends to combine with model test, prototype observation and finite element method to study on the flow-induced vibration mechanism and damage diagnosis techniques of the flood discharge excitation, research the characteristic of dynamical response of flood discharge excitation under flow load, analysis of the relationship between flow load-flood discharge excitation own power characteristics-response of flood discharge excitation and explain some vibration phenomenon in the actual project causing by discharge incentives; Established a new flood discharge excitation filtering noise reduction and modal parameter identification method based on the analysis of the time-frequency; At the same time, by establishing damage model test, analysis the damage mechanism of flood discharge excitation, study the damage sensitive characteristic features and the relationship between damage and damage sensitive characteristic features in diff
