中文摘要: 金属化织物是一种优良的电磁波屏蔽材料,它兼有金属的导电、电磁波屏蔽特性和织物的柔软、透气等特性, 成为功能纺织品研究的热点。针对金属镀层与织物的界面结合弱和金属化织物镀层质量控制困难的问题,本项目拟采用超临界二氧化碳流体技术对涤纶织物进行硅烷自组装和铜活化前处理,开展化学镀铜研究。考察硅烷偶联剂和超临界流体参数对镀层与织物之间界面结合性能的影响,探讨界面结合形成机理;研究催化剂晶种,化学镀工艺参数对金属镀层微观结构的影响规律,实现金属镀层的可控生长;探索微结构与电磁屏蔽性能之间的关联性,澄清"条件-微观结构-性能"的内在机制。本项目的开展对拓展化学镀金属化织物在电磁屏蔽材料中的应用具有重要的学术意义。

英文摘要: Metallized textiles have attracted considerable attention because of their desirable properties including electrical conductivity, flexibility, electrostatic discharge, electromagnetic interference shielding and radio frequency interference shielding. However, there is weak adhesion between metal coating and textile fibers, and it is difficult to obtain high quality metal coating on textile substrate through electroless plating. In this project, supercritical carbon dioxide fluid technology will be applied in self-assembled monolayer deposition of silane agents and activation for electroless copper plating on polyester fabric. Effects of silane components and parameters of supercritical carbon dioxide on adhesive strength of metal coating will be investigated and mechanism of interfacial bonding formation between metal coating and polyester fabric will be revealed. Influences of parameters of activation and electroless deposition on microstructure of metal plated polyester fabric will be studied to realize controllable growth of metal coating on polyester fabric. Growth mechanism of metal coating will be elucidated, and relationship between microstructure and properties of metal coating will be explored.
